Continuous Improvement at Copper Instincts

Fred Snyder - Friday, November 11, 2011

Our philosophy has always been to strive for constant incremental improvement in everything we do -- the very latest is that we’ve revamped our website.

We are always looking for ways to improve our products and process - whether it’s how we hammer the copper, or how we apply the copper to keep it flat, or how we join the copper sheets together so that you can’t see solder lines. Or whether it’s construction techniques that minimize cracking or warping on our reclaimed solid wood furniture. Or whether it’s improving the processes we use to heat and hammer our hand-forged iron, or the smooth and durable finishes we apply to our iron so it can be used in corrosive beach environments without the worry of rusting.

We are always looking for ways to improve how we get the furniture delivered to our customers - whether it’s how we beef-up our packing, or put everything on pallets and then cover and protect the furniture after it’s on the pallets. Or whether it’s continuing to seek improved shipping and distribution channels to get our furniture delivered to our customers safely without damage.

We are always looking for ways to improve how we communicate with and listen to our customers to respond to their needs. This is why we have the reputation of being one of the most professional, reliable, and “easy to do business with” furniture manufacturing companies in Mexico.

These are just some of the reasons we manufacture the largest selection of the highest quality copper-covered furniture on the planet; and have excellent customer service. And now we have totally re-done our web site as part of our ongoing effort to achieve constant and incremental improvement.

We hope you enjoy the new website and welcome your feedback on any ways that we can make your digital experience with us better!
